Hakone Kairai is a private villa in Sengokuhara, Hakone, opened in May 2025 on a site of about 1,800 m² and rented to one group per day. The villa has a large open-air bath filled with 100% natural hot-spring water, a hinoki indoor bath (not hot-spring), a Finnish-style private sauna with self-löyly, and a 70 m² open terrace facing Mt. Kintoki. Dinner is a pre-booked course (wagyu shabu-shabu, sukiyaki or a French seafood course) served in the villa by a dedicated concierge, and breakfast is a bento delivered to the room. It takes two to four guests, and children are accepted.
