All guest room baths use natural hot spring water sourced on site, and there are also large communal hot spring baths with the sound of a nearby stream, open 15:00-24:00 and 06:00-11:00. Dinner at Restaurant Setchu is either a kaiseki course mixing Japanese and Western styles or teppanyaki, breakfast is Japanese-style with Tochigi produce, and there is no in-room dining. Children of all ages are welcome, though under-10s cannot use teppanyaki and the communal bath is not open to children not yet potty-trained; some rooms take up to 4 guests.
