Tokyo’s One-Key Hotels: Nineteen Stays by Size
Nineteen Tokyo stays hold one MICHELIN Key, so the award cannot separate them. Size can: the range runs from a four-room auberge to a 508-room hotel. This page groups them by recorded room count and calls out the two whose format matters more than the number.

The station hotel
The Tokyo Station Hotel is inside the Marunouchi station building and directly connected to Tokyo Station. At 150 rooms it is not small, but its reason to exist is the platform below it rather than a view or a spa. If the trip is built around rail, this is the one in the group that removes the transfer.

The auberge and the small houses
Five stays have fewer than 50 rooms. Auberge TOKITO is the only auberge in the group, with four rooms, a minute from Nishi-Kunitachi Station in Tachikawa. Hotel K5 has 20 rooms in a former bank in Nihonbashi Kabutocho; TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK has 25 facing the park; FUFU Tokyo Ginza has 34 and opened in November 2025; THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL has 42 on the former Bell Commons site.
