Tsuruko

A long-loved Kanazawa ryotei reborn as a four-suite inn, where each 90-100 m² suite has its own hot-spring open-air bath and dinner is the restaurant's kaiseki, served in the suite's own dining room.

Tsuruko is a long-loved Kanazawa ryotei that has been reborn as a counter restaurant, Tsuruko Chishinan, and a four-room inn. Each suite (90-100 m²) has a twin bedroom, living room, dining room and an open-air bath of hot-spring water; the detached CHIHAKU maisonette adds its own entrance, a steam sauna and a kitchen. Dinner is served in the suite's own dining room and is the same cuisine as Chishinan, whose chef Keisuke Takemoto trained for about 12 years at Kyoto Kitcho. The inn is a five-minute drive from Kanazawa Station and within a 10-minute walk of Omicho Market and Kenrokuen.
