Kifu no Sato is a 31-room ryokan in Yunogo Onsen, Mimasaka, Okayama, where the floors throughout are laid with tatami and seasonal flower arrangements decorate the building. The large communal baths, the outdoor bath and the private open-air baths of the five rooms with open-air baths use natural hot spring water, while the unit baths in standard Japanese rooms are not hot spring. Dinner is a seasonal kaiseki using sea and mountain produce, served in a semi-private dining area divided by partitions. Rooms range from 10-tatami Japanese rooms to suites for up to 8, and the inn offers age-based children's rates and a plan for families with babies.
