Many hotels show Mount Fuji in a photograph; fewer say in words that you will see it from your room. Below are rated Tokyo hotels whose official room pages state a Fuji view for a room or a named room type. They differ in how much of the hotel it applies to — one side of the building, named high-floor rooms, suites, or rooms in general — and most add a weather condition. For Tokyo’s hotels by district, see Tokyo’s rated hotels.

One side, or named room types

Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, in Nihonbashi with direct access from Mitsukoshimae Station, says Mount Fuji can be seen from its guest rooms on the west side, and describes the Mandarin Suite with Fuji as a backdrop, each time adding “subject to weather conditions”. Its Oriental Suites, on the higher floors, are described against views of the Tokyo skyline and Mount Fuji. Ask for a west-facing room when booking.

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho names two twin room types on its Japanese site: the Club Deluxe Premier Twin, on the 34th and 36th floors, and the Deluxe Premier Twin with an extra bed, on the 30th to 33rd and 35th, from whose window chairs Mount Fuji can be seen on clear days. It connects directly to Nagatacho Station.
The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, whose nearest stations are Roppongi and Nogizaka, names one room type: the Club Executive Suite, on the 51st and 52nd floors, with a view over Mount Fuji and the Shinjuku skyline.
Suites, or rooms in general

Aman Tokyo, connected to Otemachi Station, says some of its suites look over the Imperial Palace Gardens with Mount Fuji on the horizon on clearer days. Shangri-La Tokyo, next to Tokyo Station, states the view for one room only, its Presidential Suite, and its Japanese page adds that Fuji is seen on clear days. Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, by Exit C4 of Otemachi Station, says its guest rooms and suites have Imperial Palace, Mount Fuji and city views, without naming which rooms face Fuji; ask when booking.

What is not on this list
Some hotels mention Mount Fuji but not for a room: Hotel New Otani Tokyo’s Executive House ZEN states the view from its lounge, and Fairmont Tokyo tags itself with a Mount Fuji view while none of its room pages says so.

Can you see Mount Fuji from a Tokyo hotel room?
Some hotels say so for particular rooms: Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo for its west side, The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho and The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo for named high-floor room types, Aman Tokyo and Shangri-La Tokyo for suites, and Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi for its rooms and suites without naming which. Most add that it depends on the weather.
Is the view guaranteed?
No. Mandarin Oriental writes “subject to weather conditions”, and Aman Tokyo, The Prince Gallery and Shangri-La Tokyo say “on clear days”; book the named room type, and expect cloud on some days.
