It opened in August 2024 as the first hotel whose design was supervised by The Conran Shop Japan, and each room follows its own concept; the Thames room, for example, is inspired by designer Terence Conran. Rooms sleep two adults and two children in two double beds and each has a compact kitchen; one room accepts dogs. Breakfast is delivered to the room, and a chef can be booked to cook in the large lobby kitchen.
