Four Seasons Hotel Osaka opened in August 2024 on 12 floors of One Dojima, a 49-storey tower in the Dojima district of Kita-ku, about a 10-minute walk from Umeda (Osaka) Station and next to Kita-Shinchi. It has 175 rooms: 148 guest rooms and 27 suites. The 28th floor, GENSUI, is run as a modern ryokan, with 21 tatami rooms and suites with futon bedding and the SABO Lounge, where GENSUI guests check in and take a bento-style breakfast. The 36th-floor wellness zone has THE SPA, a 16-metre indoor pool, separate public ofuro baths and saunas for men and women, and two private ofuro that guests can reserve. Restaurants include the Cantonese Jiang Nan Chun and Sushi L'Abysse Osaka Yannick Alléno on the 37th floor, the all-day Jardin and the bar Bar Bota.
